After more than 30 years in business, Piatti, a collection of Italian eateries owned and operated by Palisades Hospitality Group, is opening Piatti Laguna Beach in spring 2025. Located on Ocean Ave, Piatti Laguna Beach will be an inviting gathering place that brings together friends and family in the community, with authentic hand-crafted Italian coastal cuisine including house made pastas rolled, cut and cooked by hand every day, classic cocktails and a robust wine list, within a warm and relaxed atmosphere. This 126-seat restaurant and bar features expansive indoor and outdoor spaces as well as private dining options just off Main Beach.

The menu at Piatti Laguna Beach will feature finely crafted fresh Italian cuisine that celebrates the timeless flavors of Italy with a modern, approachable twist. Menu highlights include a selection of antipasti such as Beef Carpaccio and Whipped Burrata di Stefano, a variety of insalate and zuppa, signature pizzas, beloved handmade pasta dishes like the Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini and Rigatoni Bolognese, and fresh locally caught seafood and meat-focused secondi classics, such as Eggplant Parmesan, Seared Sea Bass, Chicken Mattone Puttanesca, and Dry Aged NY Steak. Guests can end the meal on a sweet note with a selection of dolci ranging from Tiramisu to Buttermilk Panna Cotta, Flourless Chocolate Torte, and more. The beverage program will showcase an impressive, curated wine list, inclusive of approachable Italian and domestic blends, as well as Italian-inspired classic cocktails, amaro cocktails, mocktails, and beers.
