A brand new concept that combines coffee and wine, called Flow Coffee + Wine Bar, is getting ready to make its debut later this year in Burbank at 325 N. First Street, Unit 101.

The new cafe/ wine bar is set to move into the ground floor of the First Street Apartments, sitting next to Hardcore Fitness Burbank, according to a recent liquor license application. Owner Vincent Tempongko tells What Now Los Angeles that he and co-owner Ariel Nicastro hope to open Flow Coffee + Wine Bar in the Summer of 2025. This will be an excellent location for the new cafe/ wine bar, considering it will sit across the street from Burbank Town Center, specifically AMC Burbank 16, making this an excellent spot before or after a movie.

Tempongko tells What Now Los Angeles that Flow Coffee + Wine Bar will be more than just a café or a wine lounge; it will be a seamless transition from day to night, an experience that evolves with your mood. Whether starting a morning with a meticulously brewed cup of LaMill coffee, one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive roasters, or winding down with a boutique glass of wine worldwide, Flow is designed to be a go-to destination.

“From 8 AM to 2 PM, the scent of freshly ground coffee will fill the air, inviting early risers, remote workers, and casual sippers,” Tempongko tells What Now. “Then, as the afternoon ends, Flow transforms. From 4 PM to 10 PM, the space takes on a warm, intimate glow, offering an eclectic selection of hard-to-find, boutique-style wines—including organic and orange varieties—alongside a thoughtfully curated menu of small bites. In addition to wine, we will also have a selection of craft beer available.”

Flow is more than just a place to sip, according to Tempongko. With a focus on community and connection, the space will offer themed nights, trivia competitions, and other engaging events designed to bring people together. Plus, for those who love to take a piece of the experience home, the retail section will offer various gifts and specialty items, perfect for wine lovers and coffee enthusiasts alike. Every detail at Flow Coffee + Wine Bar is crafted to create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere. Whether you’re here for the coffee, the wine, or the company, Flow will be a new staple in your life.
