Pindustry will open its second location in 2027 at the developing HiFi at FlatIron Crossing project in Broomfield. Mile High CRE announced that it will have a Skydeck rooftop patio, offer live music, a large event space, bowling, vintage arcade games, billiards, cornhole, foosball, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, curling, and more.

It’s planned to be a 34,000-square-foot venue that will have the capacity to host up to 1,200 guests. In addition to the fun and games, the establishment serves food and drink, with shareable small plates and a full-service bar offering an extensive selection of craft beers, specialty cocktails, and classic drinks.

HiFi at FlatIron Crossing is part of a new development that broke ground over the summer. It involves creating 25 acres of mixed-use shopping, dining, entertainment, and residential living space. The project is being spearheaded by Macerich, Denver Gazette wrote.

This decision to expand Pindustry follows the success of the first location in Greenwood Village, which opened in June 2021. That establishment’s operating hours are Monday to Wednesday from 4 PM – 10 PM, Thursdays from 4 PM – 11 PM, Fridays from 4 PM – 12 AM, Saturdays from 11 AM – 12 AM, and Sundays from 11 AM – 9 PM. The venue is 21+ after 8 PM on Friday and Saturday.
