Acclaimed restaurateur Chef Troy Guard’s dynamic brunch concept HashTAG is slated to open its fourth location in 2026, Denver Post reports. It will be situated in the Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use space at the southwest corner of I-70 and Highway 58.

A company representative told the publication the Wheat Ridge HashTAG will span 3,359 square feet and include two patios and a central bar. A timeframe for permits, construction, licensing, and hiring is still to be determined.

“We’re beyond excited to bring HashTAG to Wheat Ridge as part of our continued growth in the Denver metro area. Since opening our first location in Central Park, we’ve seen an incredible response to our fun, boozy brunch concept, and we’re thrilled to keep expanding into new neighborhoods…and Wheat Ridge is the perfect spot for our fourth location,” Guard said.

Guard operates a restaurant group that runs several other concepts, including Guard and Grace, Los Chingones, and TAG Burger Bar. What Now Denver has previously written about the opening of the Highlands Ranch location and the upcoming downtown outpost.

The Lookout at Clear Creek Crossing development will also feature a new Prost Brewing Co. location and The Agora at Applewood, a food and drink hall. There will be a playground, game lawn, fire pits, and a small amphitheater for live events and movie screenings, according to Mile High CRE.
