Clothing boutique relocating Buckhead store to Midtown
12th & Midtown in a press release Thursday announced the addition of fashion boutique, Raw Denim, to the mixed-use district September 3.
The store will relocate from its current Buckhead location to a 1,861-square-foot space at 77 12th, 12th & Midtown’s newest 23-story mixed use tower consisting of 330 luxury apartment homes atop 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
“We chose to move to 12th & Midtown because it is an up and coming area and I am confident with the plans the development team has for the area,” Emily Lipman, Raw Denim owner, said in the release.
“We are a specialty boutique that is fun and edgy, just like the other offerings within the district. Raw Denim is a perfect fit for the area.”
Raw Denim will be situated adjacent to 77 12th’s residential lobby facing 12th Street and join restaurants Taco Diner, Burger-Fi, Fig Jam and Tabla, also opening this fall.
Raw Denim originally opened in Buckhead in 2010 and carries a fashionable mix of men’s and women’s clothing. The store carries designer denim, dresses, shirts and accessories.
