Brasiliana Pizza just started construction this month on their new brick-and-mortar restaurant at The Beacon in Grant Park, where they will take over a 2,500-square-foot space near the forthcoming Kinship space, Brasiliana Pizza owner Thiago Machado told What Now Atlanta. Machado said they hope to open the restaurant in February 2027.

The brand offers a “knife-and-fork pizza experience,” with a Brazilian-Italian fusion menu.

The new restaurant will allow Brasiliana to expand from their food court, quick-service locations at Emory and East Atlanta Village to more established brick-and-mortar locations.

“The speed service is amazing for us.
We love that. It’s an opportunity for everybody to try our pizza. But our pizza deserves better,” Machado said. “In a food court, they can try our pizza, but they don’t have the full experience. So our goal, long term, is to bring more brick-and-mortar spots.”

The new spot will feature Brazilian-inspired architecture and a menu featuring their signature Brazilian pizzas as well as risotto, fresh pasta and carpaccio.

Machado hopes to continue to expand across Atlanta, eyeing spots like Midtown, Buckhead, Alpharetta and Smyrna.
