Bacio di Latte, the delicious gelato shop with four locations throughout Southern California, is ready to open two more within Los Angeles.
Currently, the company has locations in Westfield Century City, Fashion Island (Newport Beach), Larchmont Village, and Brentwood. Soon, Los Angeles County will have nearly twice as many sites. Toddrickallen reports that a new location of Bacio di Latte is making its way to Santa Monica, moving into the former home of Jamba Juice at 331 Santa Monica Boulevard, Suite A. The company is also working on a new location in Woodland Hills, with a new site coming to Topanga Village, according to a leasing brochure. This Bacio di Latte will move into the former home of Afters Ice Cream at 6344 CA-27 #1075. It’s unclear when these two locations will open.
When these two sites open, customers should have some high expectations. Bacio di Latte is committed to crafting high-quality gelato using only the freshest ingredients. Made daily in every shop, their gelato features organic milk and cream from family farms in Sonoma County, CA, along with premium raw materials like Belgian and Italian chocolate, Italian pistachios, and Piedmont hazelnuts. Their fruit sorbets contain only water and a high percentage of locally sourced, top-quality fruit, ensuring bold, natural flavors. With an unwavering dedication to quality, Bacio di Latte continues to deliver classic favorites and fresh new flavors for all to enjoy.
“Bacio di Latte was born in 2011 from Edoardo and Luigi’s passion for gelato and their desire to share it with the rest of the world,” according to the company’s website. “The two brothers set out from their hometown, Milan, and drove across Italy to dive into the secrets of traditional Italian gelato recipes. During this trip, they discovered the most incredible traditional recipes and raw materials and took them on their travels. Bacio di Latte brings these delights to its customer’s cones in the most genuine way…by producing gelato in front of their eyes, respecting this wonderful art’s ancient traditions. This is what we think about quality! We’ve always been this way, and we’ll never change.”
