Roxy Focaccia, a popular eatery located within the Jean-Talon Market, is getting ready to open a brick-and-mortar location in Montreal’s Little Italy neighborhood.

Roxy Focaccia has made a name at Montreal’s Jean-Talon Market, serving delicious Italian-inspired sandwiches on its signature homemade focaccia. Located at 7070 Avenue Henri Julien in Little Italy, this spot has become a go-to for fresh, flavorful bites. A representative from the company tells What Now Montreal that the new brick-and-mortar is expected to open in Spring 2025, but an exact opening date is uncertain at this point. In anticipation of the opening, Roxy Focaccia is already teasing its return to the Jean-Talon Market, which will pop up again starting May 3rd.

While Roxy Focaccia is already preparing for the pop-up season at the food court, exciting changes are on the horizon. Roxy Focaccia will open its first permanent location in Little Italy in a few weeks. After winning over market visitors, the team is ready to take things to the next level. While details are still under wraps, the enthusiasm from both the founders and customers suggests it will be a hit. The new spot promises a warm, authentic Italian experience with simple, generous flavors.

One of the standout menu items is “Mort’ de famm,” a sandwich loaded with mortadella, pistachio pesto, and buffalo mozzarella on freshly baked focaccia. The news of an expansion to the company’s first brick-and-mortar is exciting for several reasons, but mainly because it will give the owner at Roxy Focaccia a chance to share these delicious Italian sandwiches and meals with more parts of Montreal. Customers can still access these sandwiches at the Jean-Talon Market, where 3 Pierre 1 Feu will debut later this year.
