7 Brew Coffee is brewing up another Memphis location.
The Rogers, Arkansas-based drive-thru coffee franchise has filed plans to open a 510-square-foot café in the former site of Checkers at 7938 Winchester Rd. Franchisee Tim Heeren, who operates the existing 7 Brew locations in Memphis, will oversee the new site.
Plans for the project include six parking spaces, one ADA-compliant employee space, landscaping, paving, and utility work. The site will retain existing pavement, access points, and perimeter landscaping where applicable.
Since its founding in 2017, 7 Brew has expanded to more than 300 locations nationwide, two of which are in Memphis. A third is set to open in Bartlett next month, on April 21, 2025.
The brand is known for its signature “7” lineup—featuring drinks like the Blondie, Brunette, and Cinnamon Roll—as well as a variety of customizable coffee beverages, energy drinks, and other refreshments.
