New concept to open November 9 under the direction of Jake Rothschild.

UPDATE (July 14, 2014): Irwin Street Market’s ‘Bob’ Closes.

Bell Street Burritos has shuttered its recently-opened Irwin Street Market location (after relocating from the Westside), Eater Atlanta first reported Friday.

The burrito joint, which now has a brand new location in South Buckhead, will be replaced by new restaurant concept “Bob,” according to the report.

Bell Street was closed during renovations at Irwin Street Market, but never reopened. Simultaneously, the burrito joint was preparing to open its “third” location in the former Huey’s, at 1816 Peachtree Road.

Bob, from creator Jake Rothschild of Jake’s Ice Cream, will open in Bell Street’s place on Saturday November 9, and will serve “themed skewers of house-seasoned beef, chicken, shrimp, and roasted vegetables,” according to Eater.

Bob’s website, ILuvBob.com, is still under development.
