Mexican restaurant opening its third location across the street from Ponce City Market.
Tacos & Tequilas Mexican Grill is expanding its two restaurant operation to include a new Midtown location, at 650 Ponce de Leon.
The Mexican grill submitted a building permit application with the City of Atlanta November 18 for commercial alterations to the now-shuttered Deckard’s American Tavern space in the Midtown Place Shopping Center.
Deckard’s closed in November 2012.
An estimated $150,000 will be spent building out the 6,000- square-foot space.
Tacos & Tequilas has locations in Buckhead and Cumming, according to the Mexican restaurant’s website.
