McDonald’s is planning a significant renovation of its restaurant in Parker located at 10950 S Parker Rd. near Mainstreet. Planning documents submitted to the city outline the changes the corporation wants to make, and are listed as “under review”.

The planned improvements include exterior alterations, a complete remodel of the dining room to make it more modern, and new energy-efficient kitchen equipment. Changes will also be made to the PlayPlace children’s area and the drive-thru.

The applicant for the project is Strategic Land Solutions, while the architect is listed as Arris Architecture, and the landscape architect is Natural Design Solutions, Inc. The renovation will increase the building’s gross floor area to 6,072 square feet, and the site will offer a total of 41 parking spaces, including 29 onsite.

Juan Samour is the franchisee who operates this McDonald’s location, according to Restaurant Finance. He started with the company as a crew member and has worked his way up to owning multiple restaurants in the Denver area.
