An artisanal sandwich shop from Miami will begin its next chapter in the Peach State.

Necessary Purveyor is slated to open this winter at Scout Living, the new hospitality living concept at Ponce City Market.

The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch from an open kitchen, as well as takeaway service throughout the day. The daily selection will feature hot and cold dishes along with artisanal sandwiches, salads and more.

In addition to seating throughout the restaurant, there will also be a raw bar where guests can enjoy freshly shucked oysters and seafood towers. There will be a curated selection of wines, local beer on draft, domestic beer by the bottle and can, and cocktails.

Gourmet products from local and regional purveyors will also be available for purchase, such as produce, jams, oils, meats, cheeses and more, as well as beverages like wine, local and regional beer, and a small selection of spirits.

The eatery comes from Necessary Purveyor founder Tyler Dabestani and managing partner Nicholas Kiraly. The new location marks the start of the next chapter for the brand as it grows from a sandwich shop in Miami Beach to an all-day restaurant and gourmet market in Atlanta.

Necessary Purveyor will be located at Scout Living, a new residential concept located along Ponce de Leon Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward. Designed to combine the comforts of home with hospitality-style amenities and services, it includes more than 400 units across 22 floors, available for flexible lengths of stay. Scout Living is expected to open by the end of this month.
