A national bookstore has announced plans for a fresh Peachtree City location.

Books-A-Million will be moving into the former Tuesday Morning space at Westpark Walk Shopping Center. They plan to relocate in spring 2025, according to the announcement.

“Books-A-Million has been proudly serving Peachtree City since 1995 and we look forward to bringing a refreshed bookstore experience to the community and our many Millionaires Club members,” Books-A-Million CEO Terrance G. Finley said in a statement.

Books-A-Million was founded in 1917 as a street newsstand in Florence, Alabama. The company now has more than 200 stores in 32 states in addition to its e-commerce site. The stores offer a wide range of books, magazines, supplies, toys, technology and gifts. It is the second largest book retailer in the U.S. after Barnes & Noble.

Books-A-Million in Peachtree City is currently located at The Avenue Peachtree City. The new location is about 0.5 miles up Floy Farr Parkway.

Discount store Tuesday Morning announced in 2023 that all of its stores would be closing.
