With a design and layout inspired by Gwinnett County’s oldest private country club, Celadon on Club in Lawrenceville is now open.

Atlanta- based multifamily firm Oxford Properties developed the more than 33-acre project and has engaged multifamily management company RAM Partners to manage Celadon on Club along with two more Class-A communities coming online this year; The Darnell, also in Gwinnett County, and Mainstead Century Farms in Nashville, Tenn.

“Oxford Properties is excited to welcome our first residents to Celadon on Club, a community of distinction, designed to feel exclusive and inviting,” said Paul Austin, Development Partner for Georgia & Charlotte of Oxford Properties in a statement. “Built on the former Northwoods Country Club Golf Course, it has acres of natural greenspace, a grand clubhouse and a market-leading amenity base.”

The 352-home luxury apartment community is located at 3355 Club Drive. A trail connects the property to the 25-acre Club Drive Park, which has outdoor basketball courts, a fishing lake, a playground, a paved path and a grilling pavilion and the planned 90-plus acre Club Drive Park expansion.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom homes all have private balconies, 9-foot ceilings and specially-designed entertainment walls for mounted TVs and listening devices.

The community features many amenities inspired by the former country club, which was Gwinnett County’s oldest, including a TrackMan golf simulator and a luxury, spacious clubhouse. The property also has a resort-style pool, state-of-art workout facilities and leasable private office space.
