A shuttered Boston Market on the northeast side of Atlanta could become a Zaxby’s.

The fast-food chicken chain is proposed for the structure at 2535 Briarcliff Rd NE, according to construction plans. The plans show room for indoor dining as well as a drive-thru.

Zaxby’s was founded in 1990. Headquartered in Athens, Georgia, the chain is known for chicken fingers and wings, as well as sandwiches, salads and sides like fries, coleslaw and egg rolls. The company has almost 1,000 locations across the U.S.

The new Atlanta restaurant comes from Dustin Mullis, an experienced Zaxby’s operator who owns several other locations in the market.
