A poke franchise from California is expanding to the Peach State, with a lease signed in Atlanta.

Poke House is planned for a space in Buckhead at 3280 Peachtree Road. Gary Woodward (@wolfofpeachtreestreet on Instagram) helped secure the space. Whitney Spangler of Colliers represented the landlord.

Poke House has 13 locations in California. The menu includes a variety of chef-curated bowls with proteins, housemade sauces and mix-ins, served on a rice or veggie base.

Franchisee Dean Wang said the new location is expected to open later this year, possibly around November.
