Changes are proposed to the exterior of an Inman Park restaurant.

A building permit application with the City of Atlanta was filed for a 1,290-square-foot open-air canopy at the front of Delbar, along with the painting of the exterior walls of the restaurant.

The estimated cost of the work is $310,000, according to the application.

Nooshé Jân Group is the team behind Delbar, which first opened in Inman Park in 2020, followed by a location in Alpharetta and a sister concept at Ponce City Market called Bibi Eatery. A third location of Delbar is coming soon to Buckhead. The Middle Eastern eatery serves brunch, lunch and dinner.

Nooshé Jân Group is also working on a new concept in West Midtown called Eden, a supper club-style restaurant with a speakeasy and rooftop bar.
