Juice Heads opening soon at Lindbergh Vista apartments.

Former amateur bodybuilders James and Larissa Cato are pumped to launch a new “organic juice boutique” in the Lindbergh neighborhood of Buckhead.

Juice Heads should open by August 15 in the Lindbergh Vista apartment complex, at 2591 Piedmont Road NE, the husband and wife team confirmed with What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone conversation Monday.

A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta last week for the juice boutique’s buildout.

“Although our price point will be on the higher end, you’re getting more care from our juices,” Larissa said.

Juice Heads will serve up juice made with filtered water and organic fruits and vegetables, using cold press and masticating juicers.

The Catos will also dish out cold treats like pure fruit sorbet and popsicles made of pureed fruits and veggies.

“We are going to be Buckhead’s neighborhood juice bar.”

As for where the name comes from, besides calling each other “Juice Heads,” the Catos “were toying around with names that we felt would get people’s attention.”
