The 22-story high-rise was approved Tuesday.
JPX Works LLC Tuesday night sought approval at the zoning committee meeting of neighborhood planning unit-B for a 22-story condo building at 2520 Peachtree Road and won, according to Buckhead View.
The building, called 2520 Peachtree after its address, would be situated north of the Peachtree Road and Lindbergh Drive intersection and adjacent to the 2500 Peachtree condominium property.
A three-story mid-rise built in the 1950s sits on the land where the condo building will be erected. After acquisition, JPX will demolish the property and break ground on the new project mid-2016
