A new 3,000 square-foot cafe and bar is coming to the Eastside and will be the second location for the brand.

Sabine Cafe will be opening its new location in Bellevue in early 2026. The cafe will be on the ground floor of the 25-story office building The Eight, which is located at 10666 NE 8th Street.

The cafe and bar is known for their daily brunches and happy hours, with drinks like gin and tonics as well as bottles of wine to choose from. Options on the brunch menu include turkish eggs, the halloumi egg sandwich, avocado toast, smoked lamp wrap and the falafel bowl.

Sabine Cafe is owned by Yes Parade Restaurant Group, which operates several concepts in the Seattle area, including Rhein Haus, Poquitos, Macleod’s and Stadium Golf. The company also owns Wally’s Wisconsin Tavern in Denver.

The new Sabine Cafe will be Yes Parade’s first location on the Eastside.

The company has not yet responded for comment on the new business.

Sabine Cafe has been in the Ballard area for about five years at 5307 Ballard Avenue NW. It is partnered with Bar Sabine in the same building. This new location is expected to have 50 seats indoors as well as an outdoor dining area.
