Sweetwater 420 Fest
This weekend, the 2025 edition of the much-awaited Sweetwater 420 Fest is back at Pullman Yards. The event to be held between April 18th and 20th is organized on the weekend closest to Earth Day. This will be another edition of the festival graced by local and national artists. The festival will see a star-studded lineup this year too, headlined by The Revivalists, Marcus King, and Greensky Bluegrass.
Other artists on the lineup include Cypress Hill, Drive-By Truckers, and Grammy-Nominated duo Lawrence. The event will be preceded by a pre-party on the 17th of April. Tickets start at $80 and can be purchased on the Sweetwater 420 Fest Website.
Lavelle Dontae, Atlanta Comedy Theater
Comedian and supporting act to the stars, Lavelle Dontae, has been on tour for the past two years. This weekend, he’s bringing his act back to Atlanta. The comedian, who has opened for B. Simone and KevOnStage, is a famous name amongst celebrities such as Teyana Taylor, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Taraji P. Henson, and Jazmine Sullivan, to name a few.
He’s an incredible entertainer and is set to become one of the biggest names in the modern comedy scene. Catch him on the 18th of April at the Atlanta Comedy Club.
Easter Brunch at Drawbar
Drawbar at The West Midtown in Atlanta is hosting a special festive brunch experience for Easter. The spread will be a specially curated brunch menu featuring seasonal favorites, as well as chef-crafted dishes. The à la carte menu is priced at a cool $65 per person and includes an optional upgrade with bottomless mimosas at $85 a pop.

Boise-based musician, producer, and composer Youth Lagoon, aka Trevor Powers, is slated to perform at The Masquerade at the Altar on the 19th of April. The Lucy Take a Picture crooner is an experimental musician influenced by the visual works of artists such as Francis Bacon, Harry Clarke, and Sister Gertrude Morgan. If grotesque, experimental pop music is a preference, one might be in for a treat.
Food and Street Art Tour on the Beltline
Atlanta’s food and art are to die for. Whether one is in town only for the weekend or is a local looking to explore the city from a new perspective, they can join the guided walking tour of the Atlanta Beltline. Starting at 11 am, the tour is a sneak peek into the vibrant street art scene of the city, and the scrumptious southern cuisine paired with relaxed cocktails.
