A new Italian restaurant could be headed to Fair Oaks.
La Cantera Rosa is “coming soon” to the area, according to ESM Restaurant Group‘s website, though the exact address has not yet been disclosed.
Florence-born Sergio Mirabelli, founder of ESM, briefly confirmed the news with What Now Sacramento but declined to share further details, citing ongoing negotiations.
Though specifics are scarce for now, La Cantera Rosa’s logo hints at a menu featuring steak and seafood. Mirabelli plans to release more information about the concept in the coming weeks.
ESM currently operates Caffe Italiano Ristorante, which debuted about five years ago in Fair Oaks. The group is also working on two additional concepts: Crazee For Pasta in Rancho Cordova and Florian Cafe and Deli in Roseville.
