A new restaurant from Chef Massimo Zaretti is in the works near Town Square Las Vegas!
After finding licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Zaretti for a restaurant called Maximus Italian Dining, opening at 6825 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 120, What Now reached out to the chef to inquire about plans for Maximus Italian Dining.
“It’s going to be an Italian social dining concept,’ Zaretti said. Picture the family table: guests order small, medium, or large plates and share amongst themselves. “It’s bespoke hospitality.”
Beyond this, however, the details of the menu and the location are under still under wraps. What Now is awaiting an update soon.
Maximus Italian Dining is expected to open in early- to mid-July, Zaretti said. It will join a vibrant restaurant community that includes restaurant and entertainment favorites like the Broken Yolk Cafe, Flecha Cantina, Master Kim’s Korean BBQ, and Popstroke.
