Offering “expertly curated dishes infused with the hearty flavors of China,” Yang Guo Fu Mala Tang has expanded to U.S. locations in cities as far-flung as Los Angeles, Seattle, and Boston, and now it’s preparing to open a new restaurant in Las Vegas.
Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by YGF Vegas LLC shows “YGF Malatang & Hotpot” opening at 3655 S Durango Dr, Suite 17-18.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with the local owner of the location on Thursday. The owner said no opening date has been established yet for Vegas first YGF location.
Yang Guo Fu’s Mala Tang, which is a spicy Chinese street food (a kind of hotpot-for-one), allows guests to “experience the ultimate personalized dining adventure with our fully customizable ordering system,” the brand’s website says. “Choose from an endless combination of delectable ingredients and let our experienced chefs craft the perfect Mala Tang creation tailored to your preferences, complete with a unique soup base designed to elevate your taste experience.”
Soup bases include the Spicy Mala Blend, Tomato Broth, and Bone Broth, to which can be added meats like chicken, beef, fish, and even frog legs. Other add-ins include skewers of beef, chicken, or lamb, plus Premium Selections like Beef Tripe, Fish Balls, and Shrimp.
What Now is awaiting an update with more information on this opening.
