Fulshear is about to get a whole lot sweeter. Scoops, the popular Georgia-based ice cream and sweets shop, is making its way to Texas with a brand-new location at 6601 Skyline Drive, Suite 200. This will be Scoops’ first venture outside of its home state that will introduce Texans and Houstonians to everything their sweet dreams are made of–all thanks to the newest co-franchisees of the brand, Mario Tripari and Alexandra Estel.
On the menu, guests can expect a full lineup of classic favorites and creative new options. The heart of the shop will feature 32 homemade premium ice creams, where customers can build their own flavor combinations using a wide variety of mix-ins—from Butterfinger pieces and Oreo cookies to fresh raspberries and white chocolate chunks. Scoops will also offer a large selection of cones, including hand-dipped chocolate cones with nuts or sprinkles, rolled cookie cones, and their exclusive pretzel cones.
Beyond the ice cream, Scoops will brew up an assortment of hot and iced gourmet coffees daily, offering everything from classic lattes and cappuccinos to blended iced specialties like toffee and double fudge mocha. For those looking for something extra, the shop will also feature 12 flavors of homemade fudge, gourmet chocolates sold by the piece, retro candies by the pound, and their signature chocolate-dipped strawberries. Unique gift baskets will round out the selection, making it a one-stop shop for treats and special occasions alike.
