With location in New York City’s NoMad and Murray Hill neighborhoods, The Flatiron Room, offers the classic formula of “food, spirits & live music.” And now, the bar is on its way to South Florida, with a location planned for Miami.

The brand’s website already lists a Miami location as “COMING SOON,” although the precise location had not yet been known. What Now came across plan review paperwork that shows the bar opening in the building at 711 NE 23rd Terrace, in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

What Now reached out last week to Tommy Tardie, founder of Good Night Group, the hospitality company behind the Flatiron Room concept. Tardie was not immediately available for comment. Subsequently, a representative said the group is not yet releasing any information about the Miami location.

“Established in 2012, The Flatiron Room has been recognized as a world famous destination for whiskey and spirit enthusiasts, live music lovers, foodies, and those seeking expertly crafted cocktails all in a relaxing atmosphere of warmth and comfort,” reads a description of the brand on its website.
