A high-end new steakhouse concept is preparing to open its doors in Hollywood. Called Blu Steakhouse, this new restaurant will soon be offering a meticulously crafted dining experience at 1900 Harrsion Street.
“It’s going to be glamorous,” co-owner Sharon Leitner told What Now on Friday. “It is not your typical restaurant. We have put a lot of thought into the décor: it’s a lot of color; it’s modern design mixed with an art deco inspiration. It’s definitely going to be a destination.”
The menu is still under wraps, Leitner said, but expect high end cuts of steak, fish, and shellfish.
Opening in the Harrison Street location, Blu Steakhouse will be joining a thriving restaurant community that includes concepts like The Tipsy Boar, Le Comptoir, Labios Kitchen & Lounge, and Social Room Hollywood.
Leitner said an opening is expected in the coming months.
