A new Korean market and convenience store, Market Zoa, is bringing the flavors of Seoul to Aurora’s Koreatown district. Coming from Seoul Hospitality Group, the team is working hard to prep the concept for customers in the Havana Exchange Shopping Center at 2720 South Havana Street, a community blog advertises.
Market Zoa specializes in freshly prepared banchan (Korean side dishes), soups, and traditional Korean lunch boxes. The expansive menu includes a wide variety of kimchi, dumplings, marinated vegetables, soy crab, seasoned seafood, and more, perfect for home meals or grab-and-go lunches.
Seoul Hospitality Group has grown its roster of eateries to over a dozen in Colorado and New York, its website states. Several of its restaurants here have won local awards, including placement on lists like 100 Denver Restaurants We Can’t Live Without, Yelp’s Top 50 Places to Eat in Denver, and 5280 Magazine’s 25 Best Restaurants of 2023.
A company representative told What Now Denver that the keys to the store are in hand, and they are busy stocking shelves. There are also several hiring ads up online for positions at Market Zoa, including manager, assistant manager, and cashier.
