Nook Kitchen, a Phoenix-based restaurant known for its Modern American fare rooted in Italian traditions, is set to open a new location at The Gilmore, a 35-acre mixed-use development, located at the northwest corner of Val Vista Drive and Germann Road, just off Loop 202 in Gilbert.
The restaurant, led by Chef Arturo Garino, will feature a menu built on made-from-scratch ingredients and signature dishes, including arancini, handmade pasta, espresso-rubbed filet, and Nonna’s meatballs. Nook’s celebrated Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted in a custom-made Acunto M. Napoli oven imported from Italy, will also be featured, served in both red and white varieties.
The original Nook Kitchen is located in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood and is known for its cozy yet upscale atmosphere. Whether it’s a booth for catching up with friends, a gently lit corner for a special night out, or a community table for family gatherings, Nook offers a warm and inviting setting for guests. The restaurant emphasizes high-quality ingredients, comforting cocktails, and exceptional service.
