According to recent public records, a new independent establishment seems to be gearing up for a second–or new location.
Glass Knife, the popular bakery, will be coming to 212 N Park Avenue.

Readers can expect a thorough selection of baked goods such as cake, donuts, pastries and other desserts. The brand also serves lunch and brunch plates.
No opening date has been announced.
