BarChef is Ready For a Grand Opening in New York
BarChef will have a grand opening at 21 W 35th St, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, on June 18, 2025. This stunning bar features a retractable rooftop and views of the Empire State Building. The 3,200-square-foot venue features a retractable rooftop and accommodates 68 guests seated, or up to 150 for standing cocktail events.
BarChef and its cocktail expert owner, Frankie Solarik, are well known for uniquely crafted cocktails. BarChef first came into existence in 2008 in Toronto, and now it has expanded to New York. Solarik uses modern techniques and precision. This creates soulful cocktails with a picture-perfect presentation. Aromatics activated tableside, and liquid nitrogen used to “cryo poach” items like fresh green grass, is a one-of-a-kind experience.
BarChef is expanding its mission to bring creativity to life. It offers innovative and culinary-inspired cocktail programs. Fresh greens and botanicals grown in-house are the main ingredients. They help change the textures of liquids and alcohol. The international recognition of Bar and Solarik is a result of these minute efforts that make them special.

Cocktail and Food Menu of BarChef New York
Frankie Solarik’s goal is to engage each guest in an immersive and emotional drinking experience. So, the menu holds the utmost importance when it comes to experiencing the hype of BarChef. In the modernist cocktail menu, patrons will find seasonally themed cocktails like the Spring Thaw, the Golden Honey Penicillin, Palo Santo, martinis, and more.
The flavor in cocktails is enhanced by the aromatic essential oils found in the fresh ingredients. Guests can expect a multi-sensory journey, where classic flavors are reimagined through deconstructed textures and avant-garde ingredients. Other spirit-free cocktails and non-alcoholic options will add to the elaborate bar menu.
For food options, the selection of Japanese-inspired dishes will best complement the expertly crafted cocktails. A few items that will grace the food menu include Grilled Lobster Tail and bar bites like Truffle Waffle Fries, Tallow Shishito Peppers, and Potato Pave.
BarChef New York also offered an exclusive limited release of preview reservations from June 12th to 17th. Following its grand opening, BarChef will stand as a tribute to inventive mixology and immersive design.
