According to recent public records, a pizza chain is growing into the area.
V Pizza will soon begin construction at 200 Longleaf Pine Parkway in Durbin Crossing.
“V Pizza produces delicious artisan meals from exceptional Italian sources. Cooked in brick ovens that were made in Italy,” the official website states.
“With ingredients that are used every day in Naples. It’s not just pizza. It’s a passion. Bringing the flavor of old-world Italy to our hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, was always our dream. Since opening in 2014, that dream has come to life at 13 locations across the country and counting.”
The St. Johns-area restaurant will be the 14th V Pizza location opened since trio Paul Scott, Kris Williams, and Mark Turner opened their first location in San Marco in 2014.
Per a recent report in the Business Journal, V Pizza media states that the new Durbin Crossing location will open in early 2026.
