According to recent reporting, a celebrated chef will soon open a new establishment at Orlando’s Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort.
Chef Michael Mina–who has won multiple James Beard Awards and a Michelin Star–will roll out the newest concept this summer: Bourbon Steak.
The Business Journal states that “Bourbon Steak is a take on the modern American steakhouse and offers prime cuts, fresh seafood, cocktails and more” and boasts locations in harlotte, North Carolina; Delray Beach; Las Vegas; Miami; Nashville; New York; Orange County, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
“The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin continues to distinguish itself with its food and beverage program,” said Sean Verney, area general manager of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, in a prepared statement. “Welcoming Chef Mina to our culinary offerings continues to push us forward in our efforts to provide guests heightened dining experiences.”
Stated Mina: “The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is the ideal location for Bourbon Steak … Each Bourbon Steak is uniquely designed to represent the environment it is in, and I’m excited to unveil what we have in store for Orlando.”
