The restaurant did not provide a valid food safety certificate during the inspection. Inspectors noted unclean non-food-contact surfaces and equipment requiring repair and cleaning.
The condition of the facility was not as per the expected standard guidelines. There was no adequate ventilation and lighting throughout the kitchen area, as per the inspection report.
