A Shrewsbury-based poké shop is expanding into the western suburbs of Boston.

Atlantic Poké is currently under construction at 1 Worcester Rd, Unit 521B in Framingham‘s open-air Shoppers World, confirmed founder Michael Tomaiolo. Tomaiolo launched the concept in 2018 at Shrewsbury’s Lakeway Commons and added a second location in Marlborough in 2021.

Known for its fresh, fast, and flavorful bowls that blend Asian and Hawaiian influences, Atlantic Poké offers both build-your-own options and six signature creations: the Chicken & Shrimp, Cali Roll, Plant-Based Super Star, Land Lover, Wasabi Tuna, and its best-seller, the Atlantic Bowl.

“I always say we serve high-quality, fresh food fast,” Tomaiolo told What Now Boston. “We’re very much about an experience when you come into the restaurant. We have a well-designed, clean environment and focus on friendly, exceptional customer service.”

The Framingham location will mirror the Shrewsbury menu, featuring the full lineup of signature bowls, sides like miso soup, and sweets like Dole Whip. It will also serve bubble tea, which is offered in Shrewsbury but not currently available at the Marlborough outpost.

“We don’t have the largest menu compared to other poké places, but we focus on quality and freshness,” explained Tomaiolo. “All our sauces are made in-house… They’re all recipes of my own that I crafted in my own kitchen. You can’t replicate it elsewhere.”

Atlantic Poké is slated to open at Shoppers World—alongside an upcoming Playa Bowls location—in late summer or early fall 2025. For the freshest updates, follow the eatery on social media @atlanticpoke.
