Serving Las Vegas and Henderson since 1998,” Stephano’s Greek and Mediterranean Grill has grown to encompass four locations across the valley, including three restaurants and a digital kitchen. And the brand’s growth now appears to be continuing: Stephano’s has submitted licensing paperwork to the City of Las Vegas for a new restaurant at 7541 W Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 110, in the Summerhill Office Park.

“Family owned and operated with 4 locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, we are here to serve you with authentic and delicious Greek and Mediterranean cuisine,” says the Stephano’s website. “From Gyros and Shawarma to Kebabs and Falafel, Stephano’s has your cravings covered.”

With a menu that features “Real Food Made from Scratch: Where Flavor and Tradition Unite,” with no processed meats or added sugar, Stephano’s can also be a great way to eat healthy.

The menu features classics like Chicken Kebab (Two marinated skewers of premium cut chicken breast kebab. Served with hummus, Israeli salad, rice, and two pieces of pita bread), the Beef & Lamb Gyro Plate (Our most popular plate. Sliced gyro with tzatziki sauce. Served with hummus, Israeli salad, rice, and two pieces of pita bread), and the Beef Shawerma Plate (Beef sliced from a vertical spit with tahini sauce or tzatziki sauce. Served with hummus, Israeli salad, rice, and two pieces of pita bread). There’s all that, and lots more, including selections of salads, wraps, and appetizers.

What Now reached out to co-owner Maria Kossayan on Tuesday to ask about plans for a new Stephano’s. Kossayan could not be reached immediately for comment on the news.
