Crossings Coffee Roasters is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Leucadia at 312 N Coast Hwy 101.

The new storefront will be taking over the former home of Bliss Yoga, according to documents filed with the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. An official opening date has not been confirmed, but owner Alden Hozouri hopes to open the shop before the end of the year. The new location will be a shared space with New Wave Bagel. Both businesses announced the collaboration in a joint social media post.

“WE DID IT!! Today, we got the key to our very first brick-and-mortar shop—in Leucadia!! Stay tuned for the exact location, opening, etc, as all the details get finalized and the ink dries on the paperwork… ALSO… We are so stoked to announce that we are sharing our space with Crossings Coffee, who will be building a roasting space and will also be taking care of our retail coffee needs up front! Alden Hozouri is our favorite man-bun, and we love him forever. Thank you one million times over to our loyal Encinitas customers and especially Ironsmith Coffee — we are still popping up for the foreseeable future and will definitely be there this Sunday—come by and say hi!!”

Crossings Coffee was founded in 2015 and has built a reputation as a premier specialty coffee roaster. The company also maintains a small coffee orchard, reinforcing its commitment to understanding and improving the full coffee supply chain.
