Pescatarians of Fairfax (and seafood enthusiasts at large), get ready for your next dining obsession. California Fish Grill, a concept that focuses on ethically sourcing the titular ingredient, is planning a new location for the neighborhood this fall, reports the Washington Business Journal.

The chain, which has already taken the West Coast by storm, will be setting up its kitchen at 1048 Main Street. While there is not yet a precise date for Fairfax foodies to circle on their calendars, the restaurant aims to open at some point in September.

Potential fast-casual customers are increasingly invested in ensuring their dining choices don’t negatively impact the environment-enter California Fish Grill. The concept is committed to utilizing 100 percent sustainable practices when it comes to harvesting its ingredients. As the website states: “We only serve wild-caught and farm-raised seafood that is rated Best Choice or Good Alternative by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program or Eco-Certified by a third party.”
