STHRN Hospitality Co. Expands Its Atlanta Presence

STHRN Hospitality Co. develops food and beverage concepts that help property owners transform their spaces into vibrant hospitality destinations. Building on that vision, the company has introduced two new concepts at Perimeter Summit. The additions are part of the company’s broader strategy to bring thoughtfully crafted hospitality experiences to more parts of the city.

Little Gem

STHRN Hospitality Co. has officially opened the doors to Little Gem, a new all-day café that brings sunny side energy to Perimeter Summit. The 74-seat space brings a bright, welcoming atmosphere to the Brookhaven campus, offering breakfast, lunch, and cocktails for everything from solo coffee breaks to team lunches, making the midday break something to look forward to.

Little Gem is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 2002 Summit Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319. The café spans 3,000 square feet and features thoughtfully designed interiors. Soft green paneling, warm wood tones, and clean lines give Little Gem its fresh, welcoming vibe. A shaded patio on the exterior gives guests space to breathe, whether catching up with coworkers or soaking in solitude.

Elizabeth Feichte, partner in STHRN Hospitality Co., says, “It’s a spot where you can reset for a minute, grab something fresh, and actually enjoy the pause. From the food to the feel of the space, everything was designed to be simple, thoughtful, and just a little brighter than expected.”

Guests can enjoy house-baked pastries, overnight oats, and creamy yogurt bowls topped with fresh fruit and house-made granola. For lunch, crisp salads, warm bowls with lemon chicken, steak, or pesto shrimp, and handhelds like the Caprese panini or grilled veggie wraps make for a satisfying midday meal. At the bar, beers, wines, seltzers, and cocktails with a garden-inspired twist are offered to match the café’s flow, moving effortlessly from coffee to cocktails.

Pizza Stop

Pizza Stop is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 1001 Summit Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319.

Little Gem and Pizza Stop are the latest additions to STHRN’s growing portfolio of hospitality concepts, which includes Uno Más Cantina + Taqueria, Westside Motor Lounge, Echo Room, The Bell Stand at Monarch Plaza, and more.

Little Gem and Pizza Stop bring a plethora of options to an expanding list of STHRN Hospitality Co. concepts that focus on simplicity, quality, and community. The combination of the cafe and the food truck introduce a fresh take on workplace dining while advancing STHRN’s mission to make hospitality more accessible across Atlanta.
