What Now first reported on Sorry Not Sorry Creamery just over four years ago, in July 2021, as it prepared to launch its first location at 9484 W Flamingo Road, Suite 165.

The brand since grown considerably, taking its boutique dairy ice cream to three more outposts, plus one more in Cerritos, California. In August 2023, What Now reported on these three subsequent locations, which opened in a big expansive push.

Now, Sorry Not Sorry Creamery has submitted paperwork for a fifth location in the Las Vegas Valley. The paperwork shows an opening at 2390 E Serene Ave, in the Eastern Beltway shopping center.

What Now reached out on Friday to co-owner Drew Belcher to ask about plans for a fifth Sorry Not Sorry in the valley. Belcher declined to comment.

“The best ice cream requires the best dairy,” says the Sorry Not Sorry website. “So we use Scott Brothers Dairy, a 100-year-old family-owned dairy farm, in our delicious ice cream flavors. Their cows are grass-fed, free of hormones and antibiotics, and range freely on over 900 acres of warm, comfortable weather year-round. This low-stress life leads to higher milk production and incredible dairy quality you can taste.”

Seasonal flavors from Sorry Not Sorry Creamery’s Summer Series include Blueberry Maple Pancakes, Vegan Coconut Fudge Crunch, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and Salted Peanut Butter Brownie Batter.
