Martelli’s Kitchen will open its first physical restaurant later this year at 8060 Boul. Henri-Bourassa in Quebec City.

While no official opening date has been set, owner Steve Martelli says the restaurant is expected to open in Summer 2025, likely in August, according to the company’s social media. Martelli’s Kitchen is a family-owned and operated business that has primarily served as a catering service. It offers Italian-inspired meals prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients.

The company is known for its customizable menus and has catered for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other gatherings. With the opening of this new location, Martelli’s Kitchen will expand its services to include dine-in options while continuing to provide catering. The restaurant will feature several of the company’s existing offerings, including its signature homemade focaccia bread and chef-prepared Italian meals.

This marks a significant milestone for Steve Martelli, who started his culinary career in local kitchens before launching his own food business. Over time, Martelli’s Kitchen grew through word of mouth, social media presence, and a reputation for serving high-quality food and offering excellent service.
