A new Seapot Hot Pot and Korean BBQ restaurant is coming to Stanton, bringing its all-you-can-eat dining experience to town. Liquor licensing records indicate that the chain plans to open a restaurant at 10500 Magnolia Avenue, Unit C.
The company received unanimous approval from the Stanton Planning Commission for onsite beer and wine sales at the location, according to the Orange County Tribune. Chen Bin Huang is listed as the applicant.
It will occupy 11,800 square feet of a 28,560-square-foot building in a remodeled 3.16-acre commercial center. The property includes six other tenants and has 240 shared parking spaces, 10 of which are ADA-compliant. It is expected to employ approximately 60 people and operate daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with an occupancy load of 486, records show.
Seapot Hot Pot and Korean BBQ offers diners to cook at the table with the help of a rotating conveyor belt delivering fresh meats, vegetables, and seafood. The business has a growing portfolio of restaurants across California, Texas, and Michigan, with a growing presence in SoCal.
