Zea Rotisserie and Bar is in the process of rolling out a new restaurant design, and one of the latest restaurants set for a redesign is located in Lafayette at 235 Doucet Rd. According to construction documents filed with the Lafayette Consolidated Government, renovations costing more than half a million dollars will involve a new dining room and bar area. They will also involve refurbishing the current bar area.
When discussing the upcoming Clearview City Center location, Paul Hutson, CEO of the Taste Buds Management group behind Zea, said the new restaurant design has the rotisserie in the dining room as the star of the menu. Other aspects of the new restaurant design include a larger bar area and facilitating both takeout customers and delivery app drivers.
