Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, a nationally recognized artisanal ice cream brand known for its creative flavors and high-quality ingredients, is set to open a new location in Gilbert at 2224 E. Williams Field Road, Suite #106.
The company’s newest location is set to move into the former home of Clean Juice in SanTan Village, next to Dog Haus, according to East Valley Now. This new shop will provide a convenient stop for ice cream lovers in the East Valley. Jeni’s menu features customer favorites such as Brambleberry Crisp, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, and Gooey Butter Cake, offering a modern twist on classic ice cream. An official opening date for Jeni’s has not been announced yet.
Jeni’s joins a growing roster of retailers and restaurants at SanTan Village, one of Gilbert’s busiest outdoor shopping centers. The open-air lifestyle hub is already home to notable brands such as Apple, Macy’s, Sephora, Lululemon, Shake Shack, North Italia, Bourbon & Bones, and Kona Grill, among others. Other newcomers and upcoming openings include ALO Yoga, Clean Your Dirty Face, and Spirit Halloween, according to the company’s website.
These are the only additions coming to the shopping center. Two additional dessert-focused concepts are also slated to arrive at SanTan Village. La Michoacana’s The Ice Cream Spot, located next to Foot Locker, will serve Mexican-style paletas and tropical ice cream. Nearby, Sunset Waffle & Coffee Bar is preparing to open next to Kids Empire with a menu of sweet waffles and espresso drinks.
The upcoming Gilbert scoop shop will mark the third Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams location in the Phoenix area. The brand already operates two popular locations in Scottsdale: one in Old Town at 7051 East Fifth Avenue, and another at Scottsdale Quarter at 15323 North Scottsdale Road. Both locations are open daily, with extended evening hours on weekends.
