Pho OneV, an emerging pho concept, is preparing to launch its first location in an official grand debut. Executives with the brand shared details with What Now OC exclusively, explaining that it will be opening at 10911 Westminster Ave. in Garden Grove.

The restaurant will share a 4,600-square-foot building with sister concept Boban, a modern Vietnamese baguette and coffee house. Both brands will operate side-by-side with a shared entrance. The building formerly housed Royal Capital Seafood Restaurant, which shuttered in late 2022, according to a post from the eatery.

Elaine Nguyen, a veteran restaurateur known for founding several popular Orange County restaurants, is the visionary behind Pho OneV. She is backed by support from OneV Capital Partners, a strategic partnership firm led by Brian Nguyen that has a proven track record: it has aided Nobibi in expanding to nearly 20 locations across California and Southeast Asia within a year.

Offering a new place to enjoy traditional Vietnamese pho, the upcoming eatery is sure to be a hit with the local community. It’s located near the Little Saigon neighborhood, which boasts the largest concentration of Vietnamese Americans in the county.

“Vietnamese cuisine deserves to be on the world stage. With Pho OneV, we’re introducing something rooted in culture, yet designed for a new generation. We want to honor our heritage while making it easy and exciting for people everywhere to enjoy authentic Vietnamese flavors,” Nguyen said.
