Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert is currently undergoing a significant transformation of its dining spaces, according to ORR Builders. The renovation will bring elevated offerings to guests and members at the exclusive community, located at 73735 Irontree Dr.
The project involves the bistro and bar, kitchen, patio, and bathrooms. It will involve adding amenities like an outdoor trellis, wine wall, and 360-degree central bar. Instagram reels posted by club member and local realtor Blair Armstrong show that the remodeling process is well underway.
Established in 1974, Ironwood Country Club spans 800 acres and features over 1,000 residences. A private club offers, it offers a range of amenities, including championship golf, tennis, pickleball, social events, a spa, and a fitness center. Its 50,000-square-foot clubhouse hosts the bar and bistro.
The property is also currently undergoing renovations of its renowned South Course with the aid of golf course architect John Fought, Desert Sun writes. As of July 2025, holes 10 through 18 have been completed, while holes 1 through 9 remain under renovation. The course is slated to reopen in November.
