Original ChopShop, the Valley-based fast-casual brand known for its protein bowls, fresh juices, superfruit bowls, salads, sandwiches, and all-day breakfast, is preparing to open a new location in Midtown Phoenix at the northeast corner of 7th Street and Thomas Road at 2817 N 7th Street.
The company’s newest location is set to open in the former home of a long-standing gas station, becoming ChopShop’s 11th location in Arizona and 27th overall, according to Restaurant News. It also introduces a first for the brand in Phoenix: a dedicated order-ahead pick-up window designed to make to-go ordering more convenient for busy residents and workers in Midtown. This new location is set to open in Fall 2025.
“Midtown Phoenix has been a gap in our Phoenix footprint for far too long, and we’re thrilled to bring Original ChopShop to the neighborhood finally,” CEO Jason Morgan said in a news statement. “We’re excited to have revitalized this corner in a way that supports people’s well-being.”
The new Midtown ChopShop will operate from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. The menu will include all the brand’s customizable, made-to-order favorites designed to “Fuel Your Well-Being,” with options to suit a range of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian, and vegan offerings.
Founded in Old Town Scottsdale in 2013, Original ChopShop has since expanded to multiple markets, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Tucson, College Station, and Atlanta. The brand continues to focus on providing health-conscious meals in a warm, welcoming environment that appeals to a broad audience.
