Pour Decisions Craft, the “ultimate destination for craft coffee and craft beer in the heart of San Jose,” is planning to debut a new outpost in Mountain View, according to a recently submitted alcohol license application.
The business announces the expansion on its Instagram page, sharing, “We’re officially opening our second location — even though Fremont was supposed to be next. (Sorry, Fremont, you’ve been bumped to third.) This was an unexpected opportunity we couldn’t pass up — and thanks to the outpouring of support from all of you working at Google, Amazon, and other nearby companies, we knew Mountain View had to happen now.”
“We’ll be bringing all the good stuff: craft coffee, cold beer, matcha, creative collabs, and a space that feels like home. Construction starts soon — and we’re moving fast,” the statement concludes.
Coming to 1040 Grant Road, the concept will land near establishments such as the gym City Sports Club, Hotel Strata, and Poke House.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the owner of Pour Decisions Craft, Vince Cao, to inquire about his plans for the upcoming spot; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “With an emphasis on supporting local breweries, we curate a rotating selection of craft beers that exemplify the innovative and diverse spirit of our region. From hoppy IPAs to rich stouts and refreshing lagers, there’s always something new to discover.”
Additionally, the business offers coffee-based beverages made using traditional Vietnamese phin brewing techniques that “bring out the distinct characteristics of globally sourced beans.”
