A cozy Butler, PA, bed and breakfast is coming to Hilton Head Island in 2026.

Meadow Rock Farm, founded and owned by Rhett and Jill Walls, will welcome guests at 14 Henry Lane, according to its website.

Built in 1994, Meadow Rock’s original Butler location served as the Walls family home until 2007. It became an organic farm in 2011. The farmhouse can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests on the first, second and third floors, while the ground floor and basement are private or available for rent for an additional fee.

Although plans for the Hilton Head location have not yet been announced, the original property features a custom timber frame crafted from oak harvested in the mid-Atlantic region. All beams are joined using traditional wood joinery and secured with pegs. Much of the wood came from trees on the property, including wild cherry for the kitchen, maple and ash for doors and oak trim throughout the house.

The bed and breakfast offers upgraded amenities upon request, including a farm-to-table breakfast with locally sourced meats, bread, dairy and eggs. Guests can also receive a welcome wine and charcuterie board with three bottles of wine and an assortment of meats and cheeses. From October through May, the inn offers pizza specials where guests can make their own pies.

Guests can stay at Meadow Rock Farm for getaways, retreats, reunions or celebrations, including short-term rentals, microevents and weddings.

What Now Charleston reached out to the owners regarding the upcoming Hilton Head location, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
